The Arbitration Tribunal of the Institute of Private Law
For 12 years the Arbitration Tribunal has been carrying its activity as a part of the Institute of Private Law. It is aimed to provide just, fair, impartial and prompt trial of economic cases.
The arbitrators of the Arbitration Tribunal are staff members and experts of the Institute of Private Law.
To refer a case to the Arbitration Tribunal parties should express mutual agreement by means of arbitration clause in a contract or by concluding a special arbitration agreement after a case have arisen.
Before filing an action it is necessary to pay an arbitration charge according to the Regulation on arbitration charges.
